Taking on staff is a big milestone for your growing business. This 3 month support package is designed so I take the hassle out of this initial phase and ensure that you are fully legally compliant.
I provide all the documentation you need to welcome your employees on board; these include contracts of employment, job descriptions, and a basic employee handbook.
This 3 month support package also gives you unlimited contact with me via phone and email, so you have someone to support and guide you and your new employees through their induction and also their probationary period.
